4 cups of washed spinach
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 medium celery ribs, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 cups low sodium veggie broth
28 oz canned no-salt-added diced tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1 T dried basil
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t red pepper flakes

Put all ingredients in crockpot on high for 5 hours.  Remove bay leaves.
